Your Pain Shouldn't Hold You Back

Pain changes everything. It keeps you from the activities that make you feel like yourself, and waiting for it to disappear on its own rarely works.

Can't Play Your Sport

Your knee pain benched you from basketball, or your shoulder keeps you from serving overhand. The game you love feels out of reach.

Struggling with Daily Tasks

Getting out of bed, walking the dog, or lifting groceries causes discomfort. Simple activities shouldn't be this hard.

Frustrated by Slow Progress

You've tried rest, ice, and over-the-counter solutions, but nothing seems to make lasting improvement. You deserve better.

Specialized Care for Sports and Orthopedic Injuries

We treat active individuals throughout Hanover, Norwell, Pembroke, and the South Shore. Our expertise covers a wide range of injuries and conditions:

  • ACL tears and reconstruction — pre- and post-surgical rehab

  • Rotator cuff injuries — shoulder impingement, tears, and post-op recovery

  • Runner's knee, IT band syndrome, and patellar tendinitis

  • Ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendon issues

  • Tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and Tommy John surgery rehab

  • Hip labral tears, FAI, and sports hernias

  • Post-surgical rehab for all major orthopedic procedures

If you're dealing with pain or injury, we can help you recover and return to full strength — often faster than you'd expect.

"Sam is seriously the best physical therapist out there! As an American Ninja Warrior competitor, I've dealt with my fair share of ankle and shoulder injuries, and Sam has been incredible every step of the way. He really takes the time to understand the demands of my sport and tailors everything to what I need. I've seen so much improvement thanks to him — couldn't recommend him more!"

Three Steps to Getting You Back in the Game

Discover the Cause

Eliminate Your Pain

Return Stronger Than Before

Pain is your body's alarm system, but it doesn't always tell you the real problem. We perform an in-depth full-body evaluation to identify the root cause — not just treat symptoms.

Together, we'll build a personalized recovery plan that fits your lifestyle. Using manual therapy, targeted exercises, dry needling, and evidence-based techniques, we'll eliminate pain and restore function.

You'll learn how to manage your body, prevent re-injury, and stay active for the long haul. No more sitting on the sidelines — it's time to get back to what you love.

"Had a great experience working with Sam to address my knee pain. He takes a holistic view of treatment identifying some muscles imbalances and tightness contributing to my issues. He set up a gradual workout plan to help me manage the pain and I'm now able to get back to playing soccer and tennis again! Cannot recommend him enough!!"
