Your Physical Therapist in Hanover, MA
Built for Athletes. Focused on You.
Sam Webb, PT, DPT, SCS is a board certified sports physical therapist working one-on-one with active adults and athletes on the South Shore who are tired of pain stopping them from the activities they love.

One PT. One Mission.
Podium Performance was built for people who refuse to sit out. Sam started this practice because he saw a gap in traditional PT: too much aide time, too little focus on finding the actual root of the problem.
What Sets Sam Webb Apart
Sam brings clinical depth that goes beyond a standard PT visit. Every plan is built around you, not a generic protocol with 60-minute, one-on-one sessions and a full toolkit to get you back to full capacity.
Board Certified Sports Specialist
The SCS credential is held by fewer than 10% of physical therapists reflecting advanced knowledge in sports and orthopedic care.
Sports Residency Training
Sam completed a sports PT residency at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, training alongside elite surgeons and physical therapists.
Inside Moses Fitness
Sessions happen inside Moses Fitness a fully equipped gym where late-stage rehab meets real-world training and movement.
One-on-One for a Full Hour
Every session is a full 60 minutes with Sam directly. No aides, no double-booking. Just focused, personalized care from start to finish.
Meet Your Therapist
One therapist. Total focus. Zero compromises.

Sam strives to provide excellent one-on-one care and to leave a lasting impact on every patient he works with. He graduated from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019, and went on to complete his sports physical therapy residency at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) in 2021, training alongside top surgeons, physical therapists, and athletic trainers in a high-level sports medicine environment.
Sam specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries for active adults and athletes. Whether you're dealing with shoulder pain that's limiting your lifts, a knee issue that's keeping you off the trails, or a nagging hip problem affecting your game, Sam focuses on finding the root cause not just managing symptoms.
He uses a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping, and blood flow restriction training to get patients back to full capacity as quickly as possible.
