Sports Performance Training at Podium Performance Physical Therapy
When PT Ends, the Work Doesn't Have To
You graduated from PT stronger. Now keep going. Performance training at Podium is clinician-led, gym-based programming inside Moses Fitness built to push you well beyond pain relief.

PT Ending Shouldn't Mean Starting Over
You're not sure how to train after rehab
PT discharge doesn't come with a long-term performance plan. Most people go back to training the way they did before and eventually end up back in pain.
Fear of re-injury is holding you back
You're back in the gym but you're not pushing it. You're second-guessing every rep and pulling back on movements that used to feel natural.
Personal training misses the clinical piece
A trainer can push you harder, but they can't assess movement quality or manage injury risk. Performance training at Podium gives you the clinical oversight personal training simply can't.
Clinician-Led Training Inside a Real Gym
Podium is inside Moses Fitness a HYROX affiliate in Hanover with barbells, turf, rowers, and a full gym floor. Sam brings his clinical eye to every session, bridging the gap between rehab and real athletic performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Performance training is a newer concept for a lot of people. Here are the questions athletes typically ask before getting started.
Performance training at Podium is clinician-led. Sam is a DPT and Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, so every session includes movement quality assessment, injury risk management, and objective strength testing not just progressive overload. You get the coaching of a trainer and the clinical judgment of a PT in the same session.
No. Performance training is open to anyone who wants clinician-led coaching. If you've had a recent injury, Sam may want to do a brief movement screen first but there's no requirement to complete a PT plan before you begin.
Sessions are one-on-one inside Moses Fitness. You'll work with Sam on strength, movement quality, and sport-specific progressions using the full gym floor barbells, turf, rowers, and whatever equipment fits your goals. Each session is built around your current programming and performance benchmarks.
That depends on your goals and training schedule. Most athletes start with one to two sessions per week and adjust from there. Sam will work around your existing gym schedule so the programming complements what you're already doing.
Performance training is a cash-based service and is not covered by insurance. Pricing is transparent and we'll walk you through what to expect before you commit. We accept HSA and FSA as payment options.
